We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash on delivery (COD). Payment must be received by us before we ship your order, except for COD orders.

All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners. We do not store your complete payment information on our servers.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within India. Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and will be displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, or incorrect address information.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from us pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.

7. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Certain items are not eligible for return, including personalized items, intimate apparel, and items marked as "Final Sale."

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the use of our Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months prior to the action giving rise to liability.
